AWARDS

TRANSFORMING WORKPLACES

Rashmi is an external member on the Internal Committee of several organisations with regard to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. She works on policies and all other mandatory compliances under this law.

In addition to this, she also gives awareness sessions and holds workshops for employees — ranging from housekeeping staff to the highest levels of management. These encompass not just compliance, but also sensitisation, positive preventative action, and the creation of safe workplace environments.

As workplaces change and transform, so too must interventions and policies relating to gender. It is keeping this ethos in mind that Rashmi assists organisations, particularly in light of the increasingly digital nature of work.
